a ridiculous amount of snow

We have a LOT of snow. A makes-me-laugh amount of snow because it’s kind of ridiculous how much has fallen this past month. But maybe I’m laughing because I’m not the one who has to plow the lane.

This guy plows our lane. He’s not kidding when he says the beard keeps him warm. He truly is the poster child of functional fashion.

As you can see, when you have this much snow, it’s very important to keep a zen attitude and positive outlook. After all, there’s not much we can do about it!

And you have to admit that a snow-covered field sure is pretty.
