It’s a quiet day here on the farm. It’s not quite warm, not quite cool. It’s not sunny but it’s not really cloudy either. It’s an in between sort of day which suits my mood on this holiday Monday. I’m bouncing between projects and finishing

I’ve spent a bit of time in the woods the last few days. I’ve been helping Scott at Sugar Moon tap out, which involves pulling 2500 maple taps from his beautiful sugar maple and yellow birch forest, and then a quick meander around here today
